Keep Your Mind Healthy
It is easy to feel uneasy during times of uncertainty. Taking a break from the internet is essential more now than ever. Instead of scrolling, take time to look up a list of silly questions to ask your partner, play a mentally stimulating game or do some journaling.

 

Get Some Fresh Air
Though quarantines are in effect, when possible, it is a positive move to get outside. Take a bike ride, do a lap or two around the block or go on a run and break a sweat. Being outdoors does wonders for mental health so take advantage of the great outdoors.

 

Enjoy Your Kitchen
There is no excuse to avoid it! Feeding your body with nutrient rich, immune boosting foods is key. Have fun with it by trying a new recipe or getting the whole family involved! Remember that kids too need frequent screen time breaks so pause the cartoons and share a moment in the kitchen. Make your meal colorful! Avoid processed and pre-packaged foods and consume a diet full of fruits, vegetables and healthy proteins.
