Thank you to our friend and colleague, Amy Duverger of Restore Total Body for sharing this awesome link with us.  Jay Johnson of RunnerSpace has created a wonderful series of exercises to strengthen the hip girdle.  These exercises are easy to follow and he even includes a handy PDF so you can take the exercises with you.

We hope all of our runners make these exercises a regular part of their training program.  They are a great way to address asymmetries in the hips and to facilitate the equal firing of all muscles during your run, rather than just the quads.  Let us know what you think!  Myrtl Routine
