Did anyone see this article yesterday in the Globe?  Very fascinating and made me think of the New York Times article I referenced in a past blog about humans outrunning horses in a marathon.  This one is also very interesting and talks about the biomechanics of the foot during running and how our highly-cushioned shoes might be hindering our natural ability to run.
